Me and my boyfreind were here in December 2005 on our around the world ticket, I think of this place all of the time as my favourite for a nice break, Id love to go back their, go jumping of the diving board all day then go for Rendang curry at night, the staff were really friendly everyone always talking about nice views when travelling but this is by far one of the best! - Id definalty reccomend it, not for any crazy night life but just to relax, swim read and hire motorbikes to go round tuk uk!!

Hi you all..I just accidentally found your web site, what a fun flash back on a great holiday.. well the place havent change much since I been there- I guess its about 7 years ago - but wow I would like to go back some day- the best place ever and the nicest crew especially I nice guy with the greatest smile and a guitar - broom (boon??) was it?? - I just love to go back there.. I can only recommand this place

Wij komen al 16 jaren bij Samosir Hotel, Lake Toba. Ik kan U wel vertellen dat het een hele fijne plaats is voor relaxing. Het is daar gezellig, lekker eten en een goede service. Het is aan te raden om er ook van te gaan profiteren. U zult er geen spijt van krijgen. Er zijn travellers die denken voor twee nachten te blijven maar als zij er eenmaal zijn, hebben zij het zo naar hun zin, dat zij zeker een week langer blijven. Dat spreekt voor zich. Wat voor U van belang is, In Sumatra is het een goede en veilige situatie. De mensen denken dat het in Indonesie niets dan narigheid is. Nu,ik kan U verzekeren dat U het in Sumatra geweldig zult hebben. Veel SUCCES!!
